The Administration Assistant will play a vital role in the collation and dissemination of learning across CAMFED’s programmes by supporting the day-to-day activities of the Evaluation, Research and Learning Advisor and wider CAMFED MERL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning) team. Your varied responsibilities will include aspects of project and data management, administrative support, desk-based research, and internal communication. The role makes an important contribution to sharing of MERL findings and best practice across the organisation and in turn supporting the delivery of CAMFED’s strategic plan.

You will co-develop and implement outreach strategies and digital solutions that lead to increased supporter engagement and conversions.
