Justina Hama (née Mabaya)

Justina joined CAMFED Zimbabwe in 2010. She is a statistician by profession, with nearly two decades of experience in the field of monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), who is passionate about helping people and seeing lives transformed.

As the Co-Director of CAMFED Zimbabwe, Justina leads on the delivery of its girls’ education and women’s leadership programs, including its MEL function. Prior to taking up this role in 2023, Justina served as Director of Programs since 2022, and before that as Head of Impact, providing coordination and leadership for monitoring and evaluation, including formative investigation, ongoing data collection, and summative research evaluation.

Justina holds a Masters Degree in Biostatistics and Epidemiology, as well as an Honors Degree in Statistics.
