I'm Harriet, and you can #CountMeIn.

“Because I’m educated, I’m now included in my school’s effort to improve girls’ education. If you want to create change in the world, count me in!”

My name is Harriet, and I’m the new National Chair of the CAMFED Association in Zambia – our sisterhood of leaders educated with CAMFED support.

I lead a network of nearly 25,000 young women in my country, growing all the time as more girls graduate and join us.

And as a trained teacher and peer mentor, I make sure the most disadvantaged girls can thrive in school, and follow a path to independence and influence.
