Fairuza has over 15 years’ experience in the NGO sector and a deep understanding of CAMFED’s programs. She first joined CAMFED Ghana in 2008, rising through the Finance department until she was appointed Head of Finance and Operations in 2020, leading on program budgeting, reporting and compliance.
