Diana Good

Advisor

Diana Good has extensive governance experience with a focus on international development, and has served in the public, private and charitable sectors. She was a founder Commissioner with the UK Aid watchdog, the Independent Commission for Aid Impact, and then a specialist advisor to the Select Committee on International Development in the House of Commons, which both hold the UK government to account in relation to policy and expenditure on international aid and development.

Diana currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Conciliation Resource, working in peacebuilding and conflict prevention; and previously served as the Chair of Mary Ward Settlement (access to education and legal advice) and Trustee of The Queen’s Commonwealth Trust and Access to Justice Foundation. She has also been governance adviser to Justice Defenders, providing access to justice in sub-Saharan Africa.

CAMFED Governance - Accounting to the Girl

Diana was one of the original authors of the seminal report on CAMFED’s governance model published in 2010 by the global law firm Linklaters. Produced to analyse CAMFED’s community-led structures in Africa. Our governance model places the individual girl — our client — at the center of everything we do, and shares responsibility for her long-term wellbeing with members of her community.
