Brooke Hutchinson

Brooke joined CAMFED International in July 2004, and went on to establish CAMFED USA’s office in San Francisco in 2006. She holds a BA in Anthropology and Biology from the University of Colorado and an MPhil in Biological Anthropology from the University of Cambridge. Brooke was motivated to work in the field of girls’ education after studying in Kenya and conducting research on child growth stunting in the Gambia, witnessing first-hand the direct impact of mothers’ education levels on child and family health. She now serves as Executive Director of CAMFED USA.
