Peggy Woo

Peggy Woo served in roles as CFO, Chief Risk Officer and Strategic Advisor at the Mastercard Foundation from 2007 until 2019. Prior to joining the Mastercard Foundation, she was the CFO of a private database marketing firm and the Vice President and Corporate Controller of Brookfield Homes, a home builder and land developer listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Peggy was awarded an honorary doctorate degree from Vancouver Island University for her work on Indigenous education. She taught Financial and Management Accounting at Ryerson University (Toronto Metropolitan University) from 2006 to 2021.
