Mwajuma Hamza is an award-winning executive with a decade of hands-on experience in project management, policy, and advocacy work geared towards the promotion of inclusive economic development through business and entrepreneurship. Since 2021, she has served as the Executive Director for the Tanzania Women Chamber of Commerce (TWCC), a prominent platform for female entrepreneurs. In this position, Mwajuma has progressively transformed the Chamber as well as fostering meaningful partnerships with the government, civil society organizations, financial institutions, businesses and individuals for the benefit of established and emerging entrepreneurs, young people, and the nation.
Mwajuma holds a Master’s degree in International Trade and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration, both from the University of Dar Es Salaam.
