Reza Essop is a technology and product leader with experience across digital transformation, data science, automation and emerging technologies. He has led complex programmes in financial services and adjacent sectors, combining strategic judgement with hands-on delivery. His background spans AI-enabled products, enterprise platforms, information security and technology architecture, with leadership roles across PwC in Africa and the Middle East. He brings a practical perspective on how technology, data and disciplined execution can strengthen decision-making, operational effectiveness and long-term organisational resilience. On the CAMFED International Board, he will contribute grounded technical leadership, innovation judgement and a strong focus on responsible use of data and AI in support of scale and impact.
