Desire has been a legal practitioner since 2007. Currently she is Chief Law Officer/Deputy Director in the Legal Aid Directorate Department at the Ministry of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs. Desire is passionate about giving legal advice and representation to the indigent and disadvantaged, and makes this part of her day-to-day work. She holds a Bachelor of Law Degree with Honors and Masters in Women’s Law from the University of Zimbabwe. Once herself supported through school by CAMFED, Desire is a member of CAMFED Association of women leaders, and it is her wish to see every girl go to school, learn and thrive.
