Tendai's story

Tendai recently earned a Bachelors of Science in Financial Mathematics from the University of Zimbabwe. At her graduation ceremony, she was honored with the Chancellor’s Award for Overall Best Graduating Science Student and received a standing ovation.

Now, as a proud member of the CAMFED Association — our sisterhood of over 312,000 young women leaders — Tendai is lighting the way for the next generation. She is mentoring girls in her community, encouraging them to pursue higher education and achieve financial independence.

“I feel I’m a role model to other girls, who are motivated and inspired by my exceptional results. I encourage them to shine their light, push boundaries and inspire others.”
