Sally Ofori-Yeboah has a wealth of experience in program and project management, capacity building and civil society organisation leadership. Sally first joined CAMFED Ghana in February 2013 to lead the Further Education team to implement and manage programs that support thousands of future leaders with training and opportunities post secondary school. She worked closely with members of the CAMFED Association of women leaders educated with CAMFED support, who benefit from — and feed their expertise into — the content and delivery of these programs.

In 2019, Sally became CAMFED Ghana’s Head of Programmes, overseeing our work within partner communities to support marginalized girls to stay and thrive in secondary school, and providing young women with the training and resources to transition into tertiary education, entrepreneurship and leadership after completing school. Sally was promoted to lead CAMFED Ghana as National Director in February 2020, and moved to the position of Executive Advisor in May 2023.

Sally holds a Commonwealth Executive Masters in Public Administration from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Ghana, and a certificate in Executive Management and Leadership.
