Paulina Mkoma has a wealth of experience in the education sector, having worked as a secondary school teacher for more than a decade, and served in Tanzania’s Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST) since 2007. She currently holds the position of Assistant Director for School Quality Assurance – Secondary Section.
Paulina earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Dar es Salaam. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education. As well as sitting on the CAMFED Tanzania Board, Paulina is a Member of the Board of School of Education at the Sokoine University of Agriculture.
