As the Association of women leaders educated with CAMFED support turns 25, here’s how our sisterhood of girls’ education activists across Zimbabwe, Zambia, Tanzania, Ghana and Malawi is celebrating this incredible milestone…

Come behind the scenes at CAMFED’s climate-smart teaching farm in Chinsali, Zambia – subject of a video-led feature for the Evening Standard’s ‘Let Girls Learn’ series. You’ll met a group of Agriculture Guides, led by Naomi (pictured), and learn about the techniques they’re using to nourish entire communities.

CAMFED has launched its Vision for 2030 - an ambitious plan to help meet the global Sustainable Development Goals by supporting millions more girls in rural Africa to access and complete secondary school, graduate into secure livelihoods and leadership, and in turn mentor and support the next generation through school, in a model set to transform education systems across Africa.
