About CAMFED

Your belief in us is transforming lives

We're on a mission to change the lives of millions of girls. Angie Murimirwa's TED Talk explains how.

CAMFED Kenya was launched in 2025 to tackle girls' exclusion from education.

Working together to deliver a bold vision to 2030

This is the story of a girl from rural Tanzania and the rise of a sisterhood of change leaders across Africa. It's a message of hope and solidarity, that centers lived experience and community, and explores the power of female education to transform our world.
