Video: Meet Fanny - she'll shake up the world
Meet Fanny from rural Malawi, who is wise beyond her years and whose positivity and leadership shine through, in spite of her struggles at home. One of millions of girls living in extreme poverty in child-headed households, she understands only too well the choice and opportunity an education can afford. Back in school, with support from her Teacher Mentor, Fanny is looking to a much brighter future. You won’t meet a more eloquent advocate for the transformational power of girls’ education.
