Grace leads the operations and delivery for a pioneering leadership development academy at Common Purpose International. She has 20+ years’ experience in the For Profit and Not for Profit sectors including Marks and Spencer, Whitbread, Costa Coffee, NHS, Retail Trust and the Bromley by Bow Centre. She was director of Grace Owen Solutions Ltd, a successful consultancy, established in 2003 it worked in over 100 organisations such as Unicef UK, London Business School and the BBC.

Grace has developed thousands of leaders from more than 30 countries across 4 continents, many of whom are women from the African Diaspora. She is an advisor, facilitator, mentor and coach. In 2016 she published her second book, The Leader’s Call – 4 Insights for Leading Yourself at the Next Level.

In addition to her board trustee role at CAMFED, she founded a community legacy project called African Diaspora Kids and for a time was an active Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce.

Grace holds a BSc in Biology and Dance Studies from the University of Roehampton, an Associateship from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, an MSc in Learning and Development from the University of Action Learning, and a Life Coaching Diploma from The UK College of Life Coaching and Reflective Practice from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
