Cathy Taylor

As Director of Development Operations, Cathy Taylor supports the optimal use of grant funding in delivering CAMFED’s strategy. Core to the role is oversight of the systems and support provided by CAMFED International to consortium partners to enable effective program planning, delivery, monitoring and reporting to donor partners.

Driven by a passion for education and equal opportunity, Cathy has nearly two decades of experience managing and overseeing multi-stakeholder partnerships and programs; initially in local economic and skills development – working across the private and public sectors – and latterly through political and policy roles in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (now FCDO), where she worked for six years. Cathy joined CAMFED in 2016 as Head of Operations and moved into her current role in January 2022. She holds a Masters in Development Management with the Open University.
