Dr. Charles Enock Msonde is the Deputy Permanent Secretary, Education at the President’s Office, Regional Administration and Local Government Tanzania (PO-RALG). Before stepping into that role, he served as Executive Secretary of the National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA), which he joined in 2006. Dr. Msonde has accumulated vast knowledge in student assessment, including several years of experience as a teacher since 1985. Dr. Msonde was born and raised in Tanzania and obtained his Bachelor Degree in Education and Masters Degree in Education from the University of Dar es Salaam, as well as a PHD from Hong Kong University in Hong Kong.
