Here are some suggestions for at-home fundraising to keep active, stay in touch with your friends and family in creative ways, and raise funds for vulnerable girls who will be the hardest hit by the coronavirus crisis.

Keen gamer? Why not host a Games Night or Tournament! Stream your night on Twitch and collect donations for CAMFED through JustGiving

Gather your colleagues down the virtual pub for a quiz! Set your questions, get together on Skype, Zoom, Houseparty, or Google Hangouts, and donate your quiz entry fee to CAMFED.

If you’re missing your fitness fix, try an at-home fitness challenge! We love former Commonwealth Games athlete James Campbell’s ‘garden marathon’, running 26.2 miles in his 6-meter garden. So jump on your static bike, rowing machine, or yoga mat and fundraise for CAMFED! You can even connect a JustGiving Fundraising page to Strava, so you can share your fitness tracking, training pics, maps and miles with your family, friends, and colleagues.

For all the creative types out there, live streaming is a great way to showcase your music, comedy, or poetry to your audience no matter where they live. Use Instagram, Facebook Live, Youtube, or Twitch to Livestream your gig, and ask your audience to donate their ‘ticket’ fee to CAMFED.
