Maddie and Lydia's bid to help OutRun education poverty

On the 13th October, we shall together be attempting our second half marathon – in memory of Freya Cox and in aid of CAMFED, the Campaign for Female Education, that ‘tackles poverty and inequality by supporting girls to go to school and succeed, and by empowering young women to step up as leaders of change.’

My Story

Freya taught us resilience and encouraged us to dream big – she was always conscious of how lucky we were to have access to so many opportunities. We want to support CAMFED in her memory so that the doors to opportunity are not limited to a select few – and so that more girls like us around the world can dream big. We know most here are still students like us, but any donations – big or small – will go towards building a brighter future for those who can only dream of having the opportunities we do.
