Excluded from education, a girl is invisible.
Powerless in the face of hunger. Powerless over her body. Powerless to break the cycle of poverty for herself, and for her future children.
Our alumnae understand this powerlessness. They were once invisible. Now, having been supported to go to school, they’ve joined a powerful peer support network called CAMA.
Inspired by the support they received, they are now raising funds to support children beyond the radar of local authorities and schools: Girls who have never entered the school system... Child brides... Children heading up households, or looking after elderly or sick relatives... Children with disabilities...
But they can’t do it alone. Your donation can supercharge the work of these young women leaders. If we can raise 75 cents for every 25 cents contributed by a CAMA member, we can reach 30,000 invisible and excluded children in the next year.
