TIME100 Most Influential People
CAMFED CEO, Angeline Murimirwa, named to TIME’s list of the world’s 100 most influential people.
The CAMFED Association (CAMA) was founded July 2, 1998 by the first 400 young women who graduated secondary school with CAMFED’s support. Today it has grown into a powerful movement of more than 120,000 young women across Africa, whose members help more girls go to school, succeed and step up as leaders of change. On July 2, 2018 we celebrated CAMA’s 20th Anniversary.
